The Glorious Kingdom

1When Jesus shall reign over all the earth,
And righteousness cover the land,
Then peace shall spring forth in its holy birth,
And justice shall govern by his command.

2No more shall the earth be filled with war,
Nor nations learn battle again;
The kingdom of God shall shine from afar,
And Christ shall forever reign.

3The wolf and the lamb shall feed together,
The lion shall eat straw like the ox;
In that blessed day of heavenly weather,
When Satan is bound in his prison rocks.
