SDA Hymnal 376
All Things Are Thine
Words: John Greenleaf WhittierMusic: John B. DykesTune: BEATITUDOC.M.
1All things are Thine; no gift have we,
Lord of all gifts, to offer Thee;
And hence with grateful hearts today,
Thine own before Thy feet we lay.
2Thy will was in the builder's thought;
Thy hand hath all our longings wrought;
Through mortal motive, scheme and plan,
Thy wise, eternal purpose ran.
3No lack Thy perfect fullness knew;
For us the daily bread renew;
In house of prayer and praise this home
Of rest. Here may Thy children come.
4In weakness and in want we call
On Thee, for whom the heavens are small;
Thy glory is Thy children's good,
Thy joy Thy tender fatherhood.
5O Father! deign these walls to bless;
Make this the abode of righteousness;
Here let Thy gate and fortress be
Thy lead us from ourselves to Thee!
