By living faith we now can see

1By living faith we now can see, In the most holy place on high, Jesus, our
Advocate and Friend, Who gave himself for us to die, Who gave himself for us to die.

2A Minister of holy things, At God's right hand exalted high,
He pleads his own, his precious blood, That chosen Israel may not die.

3Once was he offered,—once for all, A Sacrifice for guilty man,—
What wondrous, what unbounded love Is seen throughout salvation's plan!

4All glory to his holy name! To those who love Christ will he come
The second time; then to redeem, And take them to his glorious home.
